Exchanges, Returns, and Refunds:

At Belong Label, each piece is thoughtfully crafted with care and attention to detail. As a result, once an order has been confirmed, we do not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds.

Should any alterations be required, we are happy to assist. Alteration requests must be raised within 15 days of receiving the order. Requests made beyond this period will not be eligible for alteration services.

Belong Label will bear the courier charges for the first pickup and redelivery associated with the alteration. Any subsequent alteration requests will incur return shipping charges, which will be the responsibility of the customer.

Quality Issues:
In the unlikely event that there is a quality issue with your order, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product. Upon verification that the item meets our terms and conditions, we will offer a replacement or store credit.
