8. Product Representation
While we strive to accurately display the colors of our products on the site, variations may occur due to differences in screen settings. Belong cannot guarantee that the color displayed on your device will be an exact match to the product.

10. Order Cancellations by Us

11. Cancellations by You
Orders cannot be canceled once placed. If the order has not yet been shipped, we may offer store credit at our discretion. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service at belonginquiries@gmail.com within 12 hours of purchase.
Please note, if a refund is agreed upon, a fee of 1.9% for domestic transactions or 2.9% for international transactions will be charged.
12. Fraudulent Transactions

Belong is not liable for any loss or damage arising from declined transactions due to fraud or insufficient funds.

16. Billing and Taxes
Prices are displayed in INR and are inclusive of applicable GST. Shipping charges may be added depending on your delivery location. In the event we cannot fulfill an order, we will reverse the payment made via credit/debit card. No refunds will be provided for Cash on Delivery orders.

Any dispute arising out of your use of the site or these terms shall be resolved through arbitration in New Delhi, India. The arbitration proceedings will be conducted in English under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996.
